The garden, views, conservatory, electric recliner seating in living room. The large circular table in the conservatory. Having Alexa all around the ground floor.

From start to finish communication was absolutely fantastic - the hosts couldn't have been better (even leaving a little welcome gift for our 4 year old niece which was a lovely touch). The house and gardens were beautiful and homely and the hot tub was a hit...everything there to make you feel settled, relaxed and cosy.

Very comfortable - beautifully decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was very well equipped - and made entertaining for 8 very easy. Thoughtful touches all around the house - it was a real pleasure to stay there, and all the family and dogs thoroughly enjoyed the break (age range from 61 to 1). A really beautiful home
