Florance is a perfect host, welcoming, charming, very patient, for a small accident on the way to Perpignan we delayed our arrival and she waited for us with a smile. The house is lovely, well furnished with taste and extremely practical. We shared the room with our son and we had each other in different rooms with different double beds. The bathroom with shower is new and everything is clean. The breakfast in the terrace was absolutely adorable. We can only give excellent rates to Florance and Les Cagettes. By the way, buy some of her handcrafted shoes or clothes with beautiful textiles and let Florance recommend you where to dine. Marvelous.

5 mins walk to city center. Super nice breakfast in the little garden with Florence’s tortoises.

Florence is the loveliest host. She is always available to help with advice about Perpignan and she makes you feel so welcome. The breakfasts were delicious and the location is perfect for exploring all the sites. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Perpignan.

Florence is taking care of everything with a charming attitude. Breakfast very delicious and fresh. The whole Place has a vintage interieur. Special but nice!
