Guests arriving after 18:00 must contact the property to arrange check-in. Beds are made on arrival, bedlinen and towels are changed if needed or every 6 days. Cleaning except for the kitchenette area and the dishes is included every 6 days. Please note that on weekends and bank holidays breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30. Please note that the indoor garage has very limited places and cannot be reserved prior to arrival. All children aged 4 to 11 years old can enjoy breakfast at a reduced rate.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The 2 Reception Team members I met were brilliant - super helpful, and the Cleaning Team very friendly too. I can only recommend this appart'hotel and I will use it again each time I come back.

There was a secure underground car park very nearby; the location was fine as was the room. It was nothing special but it was basic and clean.
