Location is perfect for access to the villages celebrating Surva (13-14th January). The room was warm despite the sub-zero temperatures outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is in a modern style, serving pizzas and Bulgarian food.

Had a one night stay at top floor suite with jacuzzi, family of 4. Clean and comfortable. Had a room service from restaurant downstairs, great food and service. Very Polite reception staff. An option to book a breakfast buffet in the morning- food was good and fresh. Would return again when in the city
