Great en-suite, with walk in shower, good lighting. Massive bedroom with big windows. Good heater[visited in December]. Short walk to the town centre. Well lit pathway around the town. Staff friendly.

Everything was a top 10. Location, Food, Staff, Room. Location easy to access and has a great strategic view. Food was delicious. The Staff was super kind, helpful and very polite. The building was managed properly and it was a perfect mix between old and beautiful buildings and comfort. Almost forgot the cat which was the cherry on top of our experience and dded more love to that place... super recommended 🙌 and a big thank you to the staff who made our stay amazing ❤️

We were intrigued by the Albanian style breakfast although this did get a bit repetitive. There were other options. The location was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. A distinctive hotel after an impressive renovation.

Everything about the hotel was quality, and it was set slightly back from the town so it was quiet as well.

We loved the beautiful and historic building, the room was big and comfortable. We loved the terrace with the bar outside. The breakfast and dinner were very good.

Everything was very clean and neat. Staff was very friendly and ready to help with every request. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We also dined in the restaurant and have to say we liked it a lot ! Looking forward to our next visit here !

The girls at the reception and the restaurant were very helpful and understanding. We made a morning trip to the hot springs and came back late for the breakfast, but we were served full breakfast anyway. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. Also the rooms were spacious and comfortable, free parking right near the hotel, and the building itself - atmospheric. We really enjoyed our stay there.
