This is a family run hotel in a lovely location outside the delightful town of Permet. We were greeted warmly and generously. They go out of their way to ensure that you have a good stay.

The hotel has a privileged location with a beautiful view. You definitely need a car to come and go. Everything is new and clean. The bedroom was very comfortable with a balcony.

This is a new hotel with high-standard decor, giving it a fresh and modern feel.The views were fantastic, adding to the overall experience.The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even helped clean our clothes at no added cost, which was a thoughtful touch.The atmosphere in the evening was wonderful, creating a cozy and relaxing environment.The team went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests for food outside regular meal times. Their attention to detail was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our comfort.The managers knew us by our first names, and the entire family was always smiling, making us feel like part of the family.It’s only a 5-minute drive from the city center, making it a convenient location.For the quality of service and amenities, it was excellent value for money. We were genuinely sad to leave and can confidently say it was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip.

We loved verything but to give some more detail. The location is the high ground of the village which affords a fantastic view of the river, mountains, and town below. The air is so fresh and clean and the cicadas in the surrounding trees bring you back to nature. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is done in marble and I love the window with insect screen. As with most bathrooms in Albania, they are considered wet rooms with the shower open. The shower was lovely and hot with a constant temperature. The bed was super comfortable and I am particular with this as I have a difficult back. There is a good TV to watch, however, after a night out and a few Raki drinks, I was soon asleep. The windows are sound proof so it's super silent for a great night's sleep. The hotel is a family-owned enterprise so they all work together to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was €6 and was a traditional Albanian breakfast. My husband loved the Khorba which is a bread soup. Served with homemade yogurt and good coffee. We enjoyed our first night with dinner on the verandah. I loved the homemade cornbread. It had spinach and basil and I ordered seconds. I was introduced to the local wine which the English would say is very quaffable. I adored the homemade local dessert made with honey, ginger, and nuts. A must to try in Permet. There is parking right outside the hotel. The town is very close by and so are the thermal baths which we enjoyed. The owner gave me a bottle of Permet Merlot wine as a farewell gift. This is typical of Albanian hospitality and kindness. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing, the location, nestled among pine trees perched high above the town of permet is perfect! Majuliano is a wonderful host, kind and attentive. It’s a new hotel but everything is finished to the highest standard and works! The views up to the mountains are constantly changing , we enjoyed watching a sunset one evening and a storm roll in the next, complete with the most beautiful rainbow! His parents help with the hotel and you will feel like you are visiting friends! We had one meal at the hotel which he described modestly as home cooking abut it was delicious! We visited 6 hotels in Albania and I would describe this as the best!! Very happy!!!
