Great place to stay right on the river. The hospitality was fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful. Our bed was comfy and we had some of the best honey we’ve ever had here!

Small, family run B&B, offering stunning view on the riverbank due to its location. Despite being walking distance from city centre, yet still quiet and relaxing place. Upon arrival we have been greeted by owner, who showed us to our room and around the property. The place that deserved a special attention is a seating area under the trees with the view on the river. This is also a place where guests are served meals (of course if weather permits). We have been greeted by two glasses of local raki and caramelised local fruits, which was such a small, but perfect touch. Room: Room was small, but cosy. Nothing to complain about. We were able to use “common room” for ourselves and also bathroom was just for our personal use. Food: For a dinner we have been served local river fish, apparently caught earlier that day by one of the owners sons’. Fishes were fried and made really well by family member on the spot. We were also served with tasty soup and fresh salad. Just perfect meal to end the day. Next day for a breakfast we had a selection of local vegetables, olives, bread, marmalade and honey together with juice, tea and local sour yoghurt. Great and healthy breakfast. General: This is the place that we can recommend without any doubts. Great location, easy parking, relaxing atmosphere, great food and so friendly and welcoming owners. Just a place, when one can relax and enjoy beauty of Albania. Summarising: Was a good place to stay: Yes Was it a good value for a money: Yes Was it clean: Yes Would I recommend it: Yes Would I return there – Yes, for sure.

Tucked away in a back street overlooking the river, it has a shaded courtyard a great place to have breakfast. The owner is a friendly generous man. Supplying home grown produce for breakfast . The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We spent a night at Honey-House Kastrioti and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are simple but very clean, equipped with everything you need. The property is located close to the city center, yet once inside, it feels isolated, offering peace and quiet with the sounds and views of the Vjosa River. Kastrioti and his wife take great care of each guest, striving to provide the best experience and offering helpful tips about the region. All the food served is local and tastes delicious. P.S. Kastrioti is also a beekeeper, and talking to him, you might learn something new about bees. Don't forget to buy some honey!

An authentic BnB. Hosts are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with nice outlook. Host welcomes with home made wine/ raki and fruits. Breakfast is mostly home grown produce and very tasty. The location is very close to the town centre with a 2-3 minute walk. I would stay here again if in Permet.

The owners were fantastic. Really helpful and friendly. Suggested lots of hikes and places of interest. The evening meal was generous and delicious. Better than the meal we had in town. Our daughter is vegan and they were fantastic ensuring she had a delirious breakfast and evening meal options. The food served was all local and homemade.
