We loved everything, you feel like home. We had wonderful diner, home made, delicious. Same for breakfast, everything was delicious. Really nice place to stay.

The most welcoming stay of our trip in Albania! Kastriot and Marinella greeted us with homemade raki and walnut liquor and the dinner was great. Everything fresh from their own garden. The location is beautiful, next to the river and very quiet.

The rooms are very clean and cosy. It's very silent, you will only hear the sound of the Vjosa river and some birds. We slept very good and the view from the balkony into the mountains was amazing. The guest house was very well equiped: there was a fridge, a washing machine, even an ironing board. Our room had an air condition that we didn't use and when we were freezing a little bit we got an aditional blanket. Kastriot and Mariella are the nicest hosts we have ever met. If there was a price for the best hosts, they would win it. We had traditional Albanian breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was always amazing! They paid attention to a healthy nutrition, so that the meals were prepared mostly of local products or of ingredients from the own garden. And of course there was self made honey! Special requests, like vegetarian meals or wine were absolutely no problem. There is so much that you can do in this region and Kastriot is supporting you with all your plans. You want to go water rafting? He will contact the provider for you. You want to see the thermal springs? He will arrange you a taxi, bikes or maybe drive you. You want to go hiking? He will write down the track for you or join you. If you get lost in a hike, he will rescue you (yep... unwillingly tested for you). Also he knows everything about the plants, herbs and fruits in this region, which he loves to share with you. We will keep this guest house and its owners in our memory as a heartful place in a beautiful piece of paradise.
