Petra Aqua Villa is a lovely small complex of apartments, great for a quiet relaxing break but still close to all amenities and the beach. Isabella keeps the common areas and rooms spotlessly clean and there were always plenty of clean towels and toilet rolls ☺️. Rooms are light and airy with plenty of storage space, have air con, safe and a good hairdryer (the ladies will know!!) We had room 10 - which in my opinion was the best as it’s the furthest from the main road and provided a bit of a view, although over undeveloped land. I particularly enjoyed the larger than normal balcony area. Would not hesitate to book here again when visiting Santorini.

We really liked the stay in this hotel :) The owners are very friendly and helpful. We selected the room with a private jacuzzi, the balcony is very spacious and we really enjoyed the value that the jacuzzi snd balcony provided is. The room itself was modern and very clean. There are grocery stores and bakery very close to the hotel which was convenient. Also just a short walk from the beach where you could find more restaurants and shops. We rented an ATV to get around the island which was very convenient way to see the island. It was nice to go see the busier places like Fira and Oia and then come back to enjoy the more peaceful vibe at Perissa.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Petra Aqua Villa in Perissa! From the moment we arrived, Ioannis and Isabela made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The villa itself is stunning, modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a big, beautiful pool that felt completely private. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to so many wonderful restaurants and spots to explore. Our room was incredibly comfortable and roomy, making it the perfect home base for our Perissa adventures. What truly set our stay apart, though, was the generosity of our hosts. Even though our departure flight was late at night, Ioannis and Isabela allowed us to store our bags at their second hotel nearby and even use their facilities to shower and relax before heading to the airport. It made our departure completely stress-free and truly showcased their thoughtfulness. We couldn’t recommend Petra Aqua Villa more, gorgeous villa, amazing pool, unbeatable location, and hosts who genuinely care about your stay. We can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful place run by even more wonderful people. Located in a quieter part of the island, which didn’t affect sightseeing at all – as long as you have a car. The list of advantages will be long: *The owners had no problem with a late check-in (our plane landed just before 11 PM). *An incredibly helpful cleaning lady who took care of our apartment like a ninja - quietly and efficiently. When she noticed we were using hairpins to hang laundry, clothespins appeared in the blink of an eye. Not to mention the regular change of bath and pool towels, great job! *Although the property is about a 5-minute walk from Perissa Beach, it was really peaceful in the evenings (but we've been here in June, before tourist-peak-season). *The private lounging area with sunbeds by the apartment became our favorite spot. Separate entrances and gates to each apartment provided a sense of privacy and peace. *Extremely friendly and smiling staff who always asked how we were doing, just lovely!
