Location was great, dinner and breakfast provided was lovely, rooms were warm, dining/communal areas were cosy. Great service with drop off and pick up including luggage taken to site.

Food was amazing and the staff were very helpful and nice to talk to. Being able to call up and be driven back to the hotel was unreal. Having free toboggans allowed for a few silly nights

Great facilities in terms of lounges, games room, boot room and excellent food. They are well equipped with snow transportation and John was an absolute trooper in terms of pick ups and d drop offs from the slopes

John and Silky were very accommodating and amended my booking on check-in due to ski-lifts not operating (due to no snow on opening weekend) and us cutting short our stay. The food was plenty, fresh and delicious and John went out of his way to be flexible in picking us up and dropping us off at the ski-tube. Both deliver excellent customer service, as does their waitstaff at meal-times. A friendly, clean and comfortable place to stay. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an enjoyable stay.
