Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant and Bistro offered a variety of meals. The Shuttle to Perisher was very much appreciated.

Everything was great. Easy access to all amenities. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly with any requests. The restaurant staff were so nice and service was superb just like the food was which actually surprised me as I was not expecting that sort of quality all the way out there. Very happy with it and impressed. I will definitely return one day in another winter/spring.

Excellent rooms and facilities, the bar area is great by the fire. Perfect for kids with lots to entertain them after skiing. Staff were great.

Convenient to skiing, bistro, ski hire, ski drying closet and transport. Great DIY steak and salad bar. Great breakfast.

Great staff, great restaurant for especially dinner. Great location for Smiggin snow although it was just before it opened for the season for us so we had al our bookings transferred to Perisher. Close to Perisher too.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Always smiling and willing to help. The chalet was well appointed. The food in the resteraunt was very surprising in quality and value.

Amazing location, the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall we found it great and would book again.

The location, service, staff and convenience of having everything available. Best part is Kids Club. The staff is amazing, kids loved it and we got few hrs to oursleves to enjoy drinks. Dinner options at the Hotel is really good and reasonable.

the staff are so sweet they helped bring up heavy luggage up the stairs on their own initiative. there is kids club which was a real draw, with very friendly caregivers. the room is nice and clean. the shuttle bus comes frequently.
