I had a great experience renting this apartment. The owner was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, making the process seamless. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Around 5 mins walk to Pereybere’s center and beach. Highly recommend!

We stayed two weeks in Le KatoBay Residence and enjoyed our stay a lot. The studio apartment was clean and spacious, and all the comforts (e.g. AC, mini fridge, shower) worked well. The location was also nice: in a peaceful area but within walking distance of the beach, a big grocery store, bus stops, a taxi stand, and multiple restaurants. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helpful. For example, we could stay in the room a few hours after the check-out time without an extra fee, since we had to wait for our return flight nearly until the evening. All in all, we can recommend this place.
