In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any casePlease note:- One child under 2 years can stay free of charge in a crib.- All children under 7 years are charged 15,000 COP per person per night when using existing beds.- One older child (8 years and above) or adult is charged 65,000 COP per person per night in an extra bed.

The service at the reception was really helpful and the main asset of the Hotel. The location is central but loud. The rooms are old and nothing special, but really ok for 60 USD per night including breakfast. The breakfast was not so good. Enough to find something but it would be easy to improve.
