- View from the balcony - Staff service, owner, Mrs. Nitsa, is very kind and proffesional, answering all our questions right away, also cleaning lady was very kind - We had an airport transfer booked with Mrs. Nitsa and it went smooth and was also comfortable - Cleaning: daily change of trash, after 3 nights change of the sheets as well - All the windows had mosquito nets - TV with Youtube and Netflix - Snacks and water provided for free in the apartment - Right in front of the apartment there is a boat pier to Thessaloniki, the price per person was only 7€

The location is amazing obviously because it was right at the beach. Nitsa is very welcoming and helped us for various things like arranging taxi and if we wanted to rent a car. I loved that the room was cleaned every day. Felt very comfortable staying there.

Everything was just great! The room was clean, cozy, and had the greatest view possible. The host was friendly, she made sure we were comfortable and gave us helpful recommendations. We loved the place and would definetely return here! ❤️

Location right in the center of Peraia, in front of the beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops and close to the bus and water bus stations. We were lucky to get the room at the last floor which has a gorgeous private balcony with chairs and two sunbeds. The view was absolutely stunning. Room was clean and had all ammenities for a good holiday and the staff is very nice and helpful, we even received a small present at check-out. Would love to come back next year.

Amazing location. Super central and super close to the pier for boat trips. Room was spacious and clean. Decent fridge for keeping your beer cold. Nice balcony with beautiful sea view. Bed a little soft but comfortable nonetheless.
