The view of the water with a fire burning looking at Perce was very nice and relaxing. I was surprise when I saw the fire pit.

The staff are extremely helpful. Our room had a great view overlooking the water. There are benches on the deck to enjoy the view and there is good access to the beach. The location is perfect for walking around the town and there is a terrific restaurant next store to have a terrific meal.

Close to water - could see the Rocher Percé from our window - excellent restaurant at walking distance Quiet even though we were close to road.

The property is renovated and very clean. AC was working great when it is hot and we opened the windows for the night. The balcony is very nice. And the location is amazing - best in Perce in my opinion. It is right on a beach. We selected room with sea view and it was worth it! It's 10 min walk to the center of Perce with all the restaurants and stores.

The view of Percé Rock is second to none.... absolutely breath taking spot. Clearly there is a tonne of pride in ownership as well which was evidenced through all the small touches, spotless facilities, incredible attention to detail. Stunning natural beauty from the comforts of this welcoming spot.
