Bev “Fabulous stay in a 12th century building, in an excellent location in Peratallada”
The location was excellent, in a quiet area and very close to a few good restaurants and shops. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The owners live on the premises and they made us very welcome too, which was lovely. The standard rooms were great - clean and everything we needed including toiletries. There was a lot of variety for breakfast - cereals, a good choice of fresh fruit, yogurts, bread/toast and various cold meats and cheese. No complaints at all, it was perfect for our stay

This hotel has the best location I've seen so far. Staff is extremely helpful and polite - they have been waiting for us to check in late, they kept the restaurant open for an extra hour for us, they have helped us with the luggage and they have also offered a free parking permit for the length of our stay. This is a castle village with amazing restaurants, prices are way more affordable than Barcelona. I highly recommend this place, food is amazing too. The lady helping with the check-in was extremely helpful, same as the two men in reception and bar. We will come back. Thank you.
DUNDAR BARIS “What a stay!”
What a great town! Peratallada is an of the most significant medieval town in that region. And the property is located steps away from the centre. There are lots of quality restaurants and shops in the town. Therefore, you can walk around the streets and take photos for hours without getting bored. The resort is located 20 minutes (by car) from both the most famous Costa Brava beaches and the centre of Girona. There are also many medieval towns in the surrounding area. So if you want to have a sea and cultural holiday at the same time, I think it is a unique location. The property is super clean. The bed is super comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. Hosts are kind, friendly and nice. It is located probably the best street in the town. I also recommended you visit Palau-Sator for dinner. There are many luxury restaurants as well. However, do not think that these villages are quiet, deserted and secluded. They are very popular (in August, weekend + mid-week). So, you may need a reservation in advance for restaurants.
