The location wasn't quite ideal but not an issue at all, the villa is perched above centre and sea front of Perast about 100 meters, this gave the best of both, close enough to the town centre and see front not to be a bother whilst giving us stunning views of the ocean and surrounding stunning scenery. The Apartments were beautiful with a lot of attention to detail, quality and lovely decor. The pool area was stunning too, cladded with limestone and looking super cool and so peaceful, we could have easily chilled and relaxed there all day had we not have been keen to explore the local area.

Casa Vita Nova offers beautiful, quiet and private accommodation. The apartments are light and bright and well-furnished; the staff exceptionally helpful and the views are stunning. They are very clear on communicating the fact that there are flights of stairs to access the property either way. If you have mobility issues, then it may not work but if you are able to climb stairs with luggage then it is superbly worth the exercise. I stayed three nights while attending a wedding and loved that I was able to return to the quiet room and enjoy the view and space. The pool and grounds are beautiful as well. I would have loved to enjoy those more!

Everything was just perfect. The view from our room was incredible, the room itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great, and the pool area was brilliant.

Gorgeous apartment in a beautiful town. The views are amazing! The staff were very responsive to my requests and helpful. The apartment had everything needed (with added free coffee pods, wine and water!). Great location to walk down into town, where there are plenty of restaurants, ice cream stalls, souvenir shops and a small supermarket like shop. Free parking. Good air con.

Was so devine to have a swimming pool with a view over the picturesque lake with Lady off the Rocks in the distance. Gorgeous boutique accomodation with generous parking, which is a massive bonus in Perast, and the reason we selected this accomodation in the first place.
