very typical, confortable and well located house. view is exceptional, the house is nicely decorated and very clean. As often in Monténégro, expect some flies of stairs to get to the house.

Many people seem to come to Perast for a day trip from Kotor, but I'm very happy we had the chance to stay for a bit longer and really take in the flair of the town. We found it to be unbelievably picturesque and charming and a good mixture of something going on (at least in the summer) and not being completely overrun with tourists. Tatiana very graciously showed us the apartment although she had a different appointment that day and we were running late because of delays at the airport. She was always responsive during our stay. The apartment is in a charming historical buidling. As has been mentioned before the apartment is not suitable for people who are walking-impaired or have breathing issues as there are steep steps going up the apartment and parking is not available/possible onsite. For us this was no problem, we used the steps as our daily fitness programme. :) The rooms are decorated with lovely paintings of Perast and other Montenegrin motives. And the view from the bedrooms - ah, so good for the soul! It was very hot when we were there. One bedroom has airconditioning, the other does not. However, we managed well by leaving the window open in the night in the room without aircon. The anti-bug plugs that were provided did a good job keeping the bugs away. There are several small shops on the water front. If you need a larger supermarket, you need to drive to Kotor. For celiacs: The Voli and Aroma supermarkets in Kotor have some gluten-free products like bread, pasta or Corn Flakes.

Beautiful house with great views. Spacious and very tastefully decorated with lots of quirky paintings. Good AC throughout and very well equipped kitchen. Terrace with table and chairs had great views.
