Rusinova “Convenient location to explore Boka-Kotor”

Location is definitely the best and most important aspect of this accommodation. It is located above Perast, so you have beautiful views, but also you can access the center on foot (using stairs! - note). We were staying in January, off season, which must have influenced our perception - everything is quiet, no crowds, no rush. The house was quite cool when we came, but the host brought us a couple of heaters and soon the temperature was very comfortble (and when the sun is out, you can enjoy time outside). Internet connection was good, parking excellect, communication with the host- easy and enjoyable.

Terrace of appartement and magic view of the Kotor bay.. Place is very peaceful, placed just by the main road and way of numerous stairs leading down to the bay It is not far from Kotor, local buses are available each 1h We had good relation with staff : communicative, available

The view is magnificent. The hosts are friendly and cheerful people. They met us on the road to help us find the place easily. The house is well-equipped, and everything is clean. When I return to Perast, I would love to stay here again.

Location on top of hill overlooking the bay. Spacious room. Host made good effort to communicate pre-arrival about address and check in.

Very warm welcome. Lovely patio with view of Kotor bay. Path (with 200 steps) directly down to centre of Perast/restaurants/etc.

The lady host was so very sweet and helpful, couldn't have been nicer. The view was just amazing. Own car park was great too. We really enjoyed our one night stay in this lovely family run apartment.

Excellent value for money!! Comfortable apartament, lovely owners, view!, terrace and many more. Free private parking, which is not an obvious thing in Perast. Will be back for sure.
