Location of hotel is perfect with a wonderful view. Parking available on first come first serve basis and I had no problem getting a space. Room was small but ideal for one person and was clean and comfortable. Furniture is dated but adequate. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits available and topped up by reception if you ask for more. All staff I met were friendly, polite and appeared happy! With a ready smile and chat! Thank you! We only had breakfast at the hotel and there was a good choice of items available. Table service apart from getting your own cereal and juices when you arrive in dining area.

Very friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, favulous view of sea from dining room, excellent location for getting to station/bus station if you don't drive and good for waling to Newlyn/Mousehole.
