The location is perfect. The room was tastefully decorated. I like the neutral white and grey. I like the use of kitchen downstairs. The bed was comfortable. It was very warm.

The hotel is a bit of a walk away from the train/bus station in Penzance, but then you get a hotel that is very close to the promenade and the coast. Check-in was very easy and uncomplicated. You get an acces code in advance for the room and you don't have to worry about anything. There is a communal kitchen if you feel like cooking breakfast or lunch. The room was clean and simple (for a solo traveler like me totally sufficient), I even had a fridge in my room. The toilet was clean as well. There was no room service if you stay less than a specific amount of days, but I wasn't bothered by it in any way. A good and cheap place if you want a place to stay in during your visit in Penzance!
