From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Our host went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect.The room and bathroom were spotless. The breakfast room was cheerful and the food was delicious.We had use of the fridge, there was always fresh milk available. The location was ideal, a short walk into Penzance or Newlyn, easy parking on the street.

Nice location. We had a double room with a private bathroom. There was a kettle in the room and you could make chocolate, cofee or tea. Beds were excellent! A very good breakfast every morning which you partly ordered the day before by filling out a form.

I reserved this B&B for my family arriving from South Africa. I have to say they were very impressed, very clean and a great breakfast. The landlady was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou.

Staying at the Rosalie is very good value. Liz is an excellent host cooking a good breakfast and providing all our needs. Also there is free roadside parking outside. Rosalie is a really good B&B, it is not pretentious but provides a really good base in Penzance.

Excellent location with free parking. Lady of the house was incredibly helpful with adjustments and information. I also appreciate that the owners have done their best to make an accessibile room. Being a Victorian terrace there's not much you can do about the stairs but I really appreciated being able to swap to the lowest room, which also turned out to have grab rails in the bathroom. Excellent.
