The location was good and the beds were very comfortable. Small DIY jobs needed doing around the hotel and some of the staff weren't very experienced so service could be slow.

The room was finished to a high standard and very comfortable. I had two lovely big sash windows that gave a fantastic view out over the sea, this was complimented with the addition of a reclining chair to sit and take in the beauty of this stretch of coast. The food was very tasty and freshly prepared, good variety of breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend this little gem of a hotel

From the outset we had a warm welcome and the staff were very friendly, the room had a nice view, was a decent size and a big tv at the end of the bed which had just about any channel you could wish for. We were also told there was complementary things we could help ourselves to which were packets of crisps, etc and some real good hot chocolate and which were just right along with all the coffee and tea we also had. The meal in the evening in the restaurant was lovely and they even did chocolate bombs for dessert, awesome - though it was'nt cheap. We had a good night's sleep and then a right good full cooked breakfast with views across Penzance harbour. Also on the way to Penzance we stopped at the Geevor Tin Mine at Pendeen - very interesting and informative and the restaurant they have serves real good tasty food with real good portion sizes!

The room was spacious, well decorated, with just the right amount of furniture and it offered a lovely sea view. The en-suite was excellent too.
