It's about 20 minutes walk from the bus/train station. They served delicious Full English breakfast which is included in the hotel rate. I was appreciated very much on the extra service given by the host that sending us to the bus/train station on my check out day as it was a rainy day. The room was comfortable and are all en suite with bathroom attached.

We loved our stay at the charming Victorian Dunedin Guest House. Perfectly situated in the quiet residential street of Alexandra Rd, it’s only a short walk to the seaside or town (especially if you cut through the gardens in the street behind, thru to Morrab Road. A big shout out to our warm & caring hosts, Duncan and Sheleen, who couldn’t do enough to make our visit enjoyable, from offering cushions for the Minack Theatre, to touring recommendations. Great room and breakfast too. Highly recommended.
