Loved the newly renovated rooms. Not often you see a picture of a motel room & it matches or is even better than pictures. We were very comfortable. Self check in with codes was flawless. Communications with Kendra was immediate & warm. We extended our stay twice lol & was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable bed and the pillows were nice. I prefer a slim pillow for sleep and the room offered a variety that worked well for me. Also, very clean. no missed corners.

Everything! We were allocated an upper-level room for 2 nights. This older style but quaint building was set back with a view of Lake Okanagan. It was peaceful. The room was very clean and comfortable, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Bed comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Would love to stay here again.

I had a great stay. The room is a bit small, with low ceiling, which can be a bit claustrophobic. But I just stayed for one night, and went back to room only to sleep. So if you are looking to stay some time inside your room, you might want to look for a larger size room (not sure about the options, I believe that I stayed in the smallest one). Despite the size, the room is well equipped, with lovely decoration, and nice painting colors. It had a modern TV (which I didn't use), and an old (but efficient) AC, which I also didn't use (it wasn't too hot that night). I didn't meet any staff, but they where very polite and kind trough text messages. It was self check in and check out, which I liked. Fast and convenient.

Everything. location spot on along with one of the most pleasant patios attached to their property. The Sociale. It's a must stay when visiting !
