“It was a comfortable room and suited my needs for the two nights I was there.”

Location was excellent, central to my needs. View of the parking lot was as expected. Room was in good shape considering how old the motel is. The refrigerator and shower worked great and there was plenty of hot water, towels and facecloths.

We loved the location and how close it was to the beach and park and relatively close to most stuff like Walmart ect.

I liked that the location is walking distance to skaha lake and the many sporty offerings (biking, scootering, beach volleyball, tennis courts, waterpark for kids, plenty of space for bocce, frisbee, football, etc.) it had in the adjacent parks.

You can't beat the staff and the location of this place. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and always made sure that you had everything you needed and more. My favorite part was the courtyard where everyone could hang out together and BBQ. It was our first time at this motel but almost everyone we talked to staying at the resort had been coming there with their families the last 10-20 years and they said it's the only place they stay every year. It's literally steps from skaha Beach and you absolutely cannot beat that. Anytime we come into Penticton going forward, this is definitely my first choice to stay again.

The staff was very friendly. My room was exceptionally clean. The hotel is conveniently located just short blocks away from Skaha Park which has great beaches and all kinds of sporting activities and recreational facilities for all family members. And best of all, when you come back from the beach, they have an ice cream parlor/patio at the front of the hotel :).

Nice unit for the price. The barbecue area was good. The pool was under repair, but they offered another option

Rooms were large. Towels very soft and absorbent. We loved the green area just outside the door for the dog and it was kept very clean.
