Beautiful house in an amazing setting, we will definitely be returning. Easy to jump on the train or bus to go into Falmouth.

We spent a lovely week here exploring the southern part of Cornwall. The cottage is very clean and well equipped with quality linens and towels. The bed was very comfy and it was nice to have a choice of different pillows. Plenty of hot water too. There were handy labels on switches and appliances and the Alexa in the lounge was very useful. There’s a quaint old pub (The Famous Barrel) just the other side of the river and pizzeria 42 at the end of the road, selling great food that you can take into the pub if you like. Great food at the Thirsty Scholar too.

Absolutely brilliant hosts, great house, nice atmosphere, and everything you need for vacation. It has even more in it than needed.

For the purpose of our stay the location couldn't have been more ideal! Being right on the waterside was beautiful and we spent many moments watching the wildlife.....I even saw an Eel! All the information we received was spot on, having a guaranteed parking space was fantastic too as being familiar with Penryn, we know parking is few and far between! The house was immaculate, clean, tidy, comfortable and having tea, coffee and biscuits there upon arrival was a godsend after a 8hr drive! Everything we needed was provided and more, plus everywhere we needed to go was either within walking distance or a short drive. Let alone many places delivered if needed.... A wonderful time was had by us all and we send many thanks to the Hosts.

Beautiful house in a great location. Had everything we needed for a weekend break while attending Falmouth Uni Open Day. We really appreciated the parking and couldn't fault anything.

The cottage had everything we needed and it had extras, not usually included in holiday accommodation (foil and clingfilm!!). Beautiful decor, very comfy beds.

The beds were very comfortable and the property was clean, light and airy. The property was well equipped and the water hot and plentiful. There were more than enough supplies for our stay. A local pub close to the property.
