Beautiful place, has everything I need. Secure and safe, but easily accessed from the A394 between Penryn and Helston in beautiful countryside, but only ten minutes from Asda and another ten from Falmouth and beaches.

The apartment was attractive, spacious and light. Everything you could need was provided. The hosts were really friendly. Good location for visiting various places in that part of Cornwall. We definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Good communication before arrival, the electric gate opened automatically which was great as it was dark and raining. (There is a code to use for later in the night, it is written in the info book on the desk.) Outside lights made it easy to see where I was going, and there is space as you enter the property for coats and shoes before you go up the stairs. The property itself had everything I needed and more. It was warm and comfortable, a little jug of milk in the fridge provided so I could relax with a brew after the long drive. You do need a car as the property is about 15 min drive outside of Falmouth, but only about 10 minute drive to Asda at Penryn and only a minute away from the main Helston to Penryn road so it's well positioned for getting around to lovely places. Lovely big smart tv in the lounge so I was able to log on to my Netflix account :) TV in the bedroom too (I didn't use it). Cooking equipment provided was great - a cheese grater might be a good addition. The hob is induction which I haven't used before but instructions all provided in the info book so it was fine. The shower room is lovely too. Plenty of towels provided, which I wasn't expecting!

Everything is 👌 perfect. The Cuckoo's Rest provides a wonderful experience that is designed to the hightest standards. It's located in a beautiful area with great facilities inside and out. Everything was thoughtfully considered to make our stay a fantastic experience.

Very modern well thought out apartment with everything you need for your stay.The owners were very helpful and kindly let us store our Mountain bikes on the days we're weren't using them.Fabulous sunsets!Pub nearby where the service was very good.Bike trails and walks nearby.Only few miles to some very good restaurants and beaches.

The accommodation was located close to Truro, Falmouth and within 30-40 mins of beautiful beaches. It was perfectly located as a base for walking the South west coast path. The apartment was fantastic and the owner Mark was really friendly who we really enjoyed talking to. We would highly recommend staying at Cuckoo’s Nest.
