The owners put in so many personal touches to make you feel really welcome in their home. Too many to mention but would thoroughly recommend a visit here. Ideal location for a short commute, perfectly comfortable rooms with modern facilities and very quiet.

Lovely welcoming B&B centrally situated in Penrith yet very easy off the motorway and with parking. Could not have been looked after more, Karen and Alison are fantastic hosts. Everything is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and absolutely immaculate with lots of little extra touches. So much choice at breakfast and everything fresh and high quality. Thank you very much.

It was absolutely amazing, clean, friendly and in a central location of Penrith. The hostesses were super friendly and accommodating to us. It was our visit time in the lakes and they give us some great tips and recommendations. We will definitely return in the near future.
