Everything very nice place to stay, we had a nice welcome when we got there also a free upgrade room it was very spacious & warm & had everything we needed we had booked a twin room for myself & my friend with separate bathroom but our upgrade had a double bed very comfy which i got :) & a single bed with our private bathroom & dressing gowns very nice touch good hot shower, tea coffee facilities & kit kats great location & no problem with parking. We gad a great nights sleep nice & refreshed for our big walk on Sunday morning. Albany house Thankyou.

We loved the property. The room was spacious with lively decor and very comfortable. The homemade brownies were a treat. It was really well located for the centre of Penrith

Very comfortable and spotlessly clean room. It faced the road but we heard little noise. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. We would stay there again if in the area.

The bed was super comfortable! The hosts were super helpful when we were stuck in traffic and made sure we got to the house!

Lovely spacious and well kept room. impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed. Great location for the centre of town. The en suite bathroom was very good, great shower and everything you required provided.

The guesthouse is conveniently situated near Penrith town centre. Sue is an excellent and friendly hostess. The property is always spotless and the breakfast outstanding. We come every year and love it.

So clean and comfy. My bedroom door was open for me so I didn’t have to worry about bags and spare hands. Owner met me at the main door to tell me how the breakfast worked.
