This newly built guest house is situated in the market town of Penrith, a 15-minute walk from Penrith Rail Station. It has beautifully decorated bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, free parking and hearty breakfasts.
At Ashberry Guest House, a full English breakfast is served in the breakfast room every morning, which has 6 individual tables. Restaurants and pubs can be found a 10-minute walk away.
The bedrooms are individually decorated and each has an en suite bathroom with a power shower. A selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water is also provided.
The Ashberry guest lounge is light and airy and has a gas fire and a flat-screen TV. There is also a radio, games, books and daily newspapers.
Ashberry Guest House is less than 1 mile from Junction 40 of the M6. Castle Park is just a 10-minute walk away and it takes less than 30 minutes by car to get to the Lake District National Park.

The warm welcome and assistance where to go in the evening for a meal. The breakfast was freshly cooked and a wide range of items. Excellent.

Cannot recommend this guest house highly enough . Perfect location , so clean , great facilities and so much choice for breakfast . Hosts were fabulous, thank you so much .
