The breakfast was excellent and we sat by the wall overlooking the sea in the sunshine, there was fresh fruit, juice, Spanish omelette, meats and home made marmalade

Breakfast was not only a work of art but was excellent, particularly being able to enjoy it while looking out right over the sea. Joanna Hotel is a small, family run business and our hosts Jose and Belinda are a truly delightful couple who speak excellent English. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel room was small but beautifully decorated and fitted with a rather unique shower with a magnificent view! Highly recommend this place - it honestly could not have been better.

We stayed in the most beautiful room with the endless views of the sea. It was so quiet and peaceful you felt totally renewed after just one night. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and I like recommend you don’t skip their breakfast a beautiful platter of treats.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Location excellent, and the rooms a uniquely decorated and had a wonderful view. Breakfast on the deck, overlooking the ocean was sensational also.

The view and the location. The bed was very comfortable and we slept reasonably well. But we couldn’t really sleep in due to noise within and outside of the hotel.

Location was stunning with an excellent sea view. The hotel situated in the old town made an evening and morning stroll around the area a unique and interesting experience. Our room with its sea view was unique and quirky in its decoration which fitted very well with the whole experience. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep with the addition of overnight winds and seas to listen to. The history of the area was evident everywhere and the information boards added to the little we already knew. Care had to be taken on some of the original streets but there were carefully placed hand rails to help. A magical trip and a step back in time.
