SATURDAYS: keys will be collected in a coded mailbox, located at the key collection address.
CLOSED SUNDAYSConsult periods of long weekends and holidays outside of high season.Late check-in will be done through a mailbox with a code, you must contact the reception so that this code is provided to the client and both the reservation and the deposit must be paid.Maximum departure time from the apartments is 10:00 a.m.The rate does not include towels or bed linen.

They are assigned according to the planning schedule, so a specific height, view or apartment cannot be guaranteed.Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.The client will have to pay 100% of the total price in advance during the 14 days before the arrival date.Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you cannot respect the arrival time.NEW ORDER FROM THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR:According to Royal Decree 933/2021:
All adult guests and children aged 14 years or older listed in the reservation must present a valid identification document (ID card, PASSPORT, NIE) upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
