They are assigned according to planning, so a specific height, view or apartment cannot be guaranteed.**Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.**The client will have to pay 100% of the total price in advance during the 14 days prior to arrival.**Please inform Alpen1 in advance if you cannot respect the arrival time.** All adult guests and children aged 14 years or older indicated in the reservation must show a valid identification document (DNI, PASSPORT, NIE) upon check-in.NEW ORDER FROM THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR:According to Royal Decree 933/2021:
