Staff friendly and efficient. Large clean bedroom and bathroom, appeared newly decorated, good blackout blind.

I liked everything about the Lord Nelson from the comfort to the food drink the efficient staff they were helpful always smiling couldn’t do enough for you the bedrooms were cozy and the deco has been changed a little to make it look warm
