We arrived at the Pemberton Japanese Garden studio, but did not have any instructions from Booking.com, Luckily Gary had sent me a message, and I was able to contact Gary, via phone, who organised for Damien to help us enter the studio, and Damien gave us a quick guided tour. Both gentleman were helpful, courteous and offered to help, if we ever needed anything. Thank you Gary and Damien

The studio is really beautifully decorated with lovely original paintings in Japanese style. All the furniture is very tasteful and the bed is super comfortable. The place is carefully built and has a lovely tiny back garden. The kitchen is well equipped, and everything is so clean, so that we felt really comfortable and regretted only staying for one night.

This studio apartment was superb. Two rooms in fact. Quite small, but beautifully designed and fitted out. A very smart layout and everything in its place. Well equipped kitchen. Super comfy bed. We really enjoyed our one night stay and wish we could have stayed another night. Highly recommended.

This is a well-located, attractive and spacious apartment with good kitchen facilities. It has a comfortable couch and bed, good aircon and a nice small yard, and the contact person was very helpful. The only negatives are that bathroom is a bit awkward, there is no clothes washer or clothesline or drying rack, and parking is on the edge of lane, not inside the property.

We have enjoyed our two nights stay in this well designed self contained unit. The location is in good walking distance to the high street as well as the tram station, which is 10 minutes walk. The Gloucester tree is a few minutes drive and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Pemberton. I left something behind and the host kindly sending it to me at our next destination. We appreciate the thoughtfulness of our host as we checked in on a warm and humid day the unit was cool because aircon has been turned in for us.
