The place as an overall I can state it as average, nice staff, willingly to offer trips and overall details for our stay in the area. The manager was very aware in involved there.

When we first arrived, the owner was straight up rude to us and asking why did we send an email with a question (we send it two times, but they never responded). The audacity to ask a simple yes or no question, how dare we, right. :) Apparently booking is not his favourite platform, but this type of behaviour is simply unacceptable. With that aside, the hotel was nice, especially the open spaces - pool, restaurant and bar. The employees were kind and polite young people. The room (103) wasn’t as nice tho. We made a reservation of two separate bedrooms with a kitchen area. The kitchen area simply didn’t exist. One of the bedrooms felt like a cave, because there weren’t ANY windows, therefore no sunlight. The bathroom was also a tad small as well. The internet, even at night when fewer guest are suppose to use it, was practically non existent. On the other hand, the rooms were cleaned every day and that made a good impression. The mattresses were comfortable as well. Be prepared to walk quite some time to get to the centre of Pefkochori (or you can try going by car, but we don’t recommend that, since the city is packed and finding a free parking spot is almost impossible).
