The building is so welcoming and comfortable. The Christmas decorations and ambiance was just perfect. We went on a weekday in winter so we basically had the place to ourselves. Most of the staff were exceptional. Especially one lad who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. They came in and turned the lights on in the bars for just us, our room had stunning views and it was a very easy bus into Peebles and back to go to the steakhouse (highly recommend).

Gorgeous property, lovely welcoming staff. Staff were lovely and helpful before arrival and as I was leaving at 6am. Owner took time to come and say hello and introduced himself in the restaurant Food was wonderful and the waiter was top drawer.
