Zara “A pleasant spot but some work needed - please replace the towels!”

This place is set in lovely greenery and has the potential to be wonderful but is in need of several improvements. There were dirty marks on the bed linen, the towels were threadbare, hole-ridden (see photo) and surely destined for the bin(?!) and there were bad damp marks on the bathroom walls. In addition, there were 5 loungers by the pool but only two of them had covers. The breakfast was also disappointing compared with other places I stayed in Bali, so much so that I only had it on one of the three mornings I was there. When I arrived for breakfast, two tables had been vacated but despite there being 3 staff members working, nobody cleared the dirty crockery so it just sat there attracting flies.

The location and the pool was amazing. We did stay in the pool every night after 10 pm and the star were very bright

It’s a cute little place and the staff was phenomenal. Especially the guy at the reception. He was super helpful. We loved the breakfast. The rooms were clean but a bit dark and there was no hair dryer, which was no problem.

We absolutely loved our stay at Uluwatu Lumbung Cottages. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly and very accommodating to our needs. It’s a small hotel and it was very quiet in the evening so we slept really well. The cottage was immaculate and the pool area was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious and tasted really fresh.

Very nice staff. It's a beautiful place to wake up in the morning. Charming cottages and a very nice bathroom. One of my favorite places I've stayed in Uluwatu.

Amazing room, very cute cottage. Staff was incredibly friendly, arranged massages for us and allowed a later check-out. Stayed only 1 night but would definitively come back!

Beautiful cottages at the really great location in Uluwatu (Pecatu). Nice and clean room, really friendly staff and amazing infinity pool. Definitely worth to visit.

The cottages were very cozy and clean with very comfy beds, the stuff was excellent, kind and helpful, they made a delicious variety of breakfast. They didn’t serve lunch but there’s room service available with great tapas. The pool was exceptionally clean and a very nice garden and chill area.
