The staff were amazing. So friendly & accomodating and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. They would even bring us treats at the pool. The hotel itself is fun and colourful and so lovely to stay at.

We loved everything!!! We love Pinkcoco!! Me and my partner had the most incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a breathtaking view of the city. Every detail, from the comfortable bedding to the top-notch amenities, made me feel pampered throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally impressive; the hotel's restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes that satisfied my taste buds with every bite. The staff was attentive and provided excellent recommendations, specially Julia, she is amazing! What truly sets this hotel apart is its attention to the little things. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to all the city's attractions and vibrant nightlife. In short, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay. Thank you as well for my birthday cake, all the setting up in in the room and, special thanks for Eva. She is incredible and helped us to organize a place to celebrate my birthday and she was always very kind and lovely. She’s a rockstar!! Thank you again.

The staff was really nice and asked on several occasions if we needed anything. The rooms are pretty big and clean. We had a room on the second floor with a great view of the ocean. The hotel restaurant is the best thing they have.

Location to padang padang beach was really good. Also the breakfast is really nice. Good airco. Nice room, water pressure of the shower was amazing. The staff, both of the restaurant and the hotel.

Everything. The staff treated us like long lost friends. We lived our beautiful room our comfy bed and the view. The pool areas were relaxed, the special treats and kind touches brought smiles to our faces. Breakfast was 5 star quality dinner was delicious. Easy walks to other bars and restaurants. When we left we missed it

Staff were great beat Ive had, they also cleaned twice a day, had a great breakfast service with lots of options, delivered cookies and just overall had great service

A place I always get back to in Bali, amazing atmosphere and staff. Constant surprises are a thing, make sure to stay the day at the pool and you’ll be blessed with lovely surprises from the great staff
