Please note that parking is free of charge only in summer. In winter, guests find a public parking in Pec pod Sněžkou, 2 km away. A snow mobile shuttle service to the house is available on request and for a surcharge.A deposit via bank wire is requested to secure your reservation. Chata Viktorka will contact you with instructions after the booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
