The girl who greeted me was lovely and with tradition gave me a welcome coffee. The room was huge. The TV was fantastic with all the English news channels. Fridge handy and I had everything I needed

Nice hotel near Pazardžik. It is a good choice if you travel by car since it's possible to park in front of the hotel near the gas station.

From my positive emotions I can write: 1. The staff is polite. 2. The hotel is located in a good location. 3. The rooms are bright. 4. Bed linen, towels, accessories - everything is there A special topic is the technical condition of the premises 5. First we wanted to check into the room we had booked. It looked good in the picture. In fact, the room smelled very strongly of tobacco. The beds, walls, floors smelled of tobacco - everything smelled of tobacco. Although this room has a balcony, the “creatures” that lived there before preferred to spoil the air inside. We asked for another room and were immediately offered a choice of two. We chose and spent two nights there. There is a carpet on the floor. Air conditioner. Wide bed and sofa with a set of linen. Amazing! There is a gas station and car wash nearby. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where you can have breakfast. Amazing!

The hotel is in the complex of a gas station, at the edge of the city. It is very quiet, renovated, maintained and the atmosphere is good. Nearby in the city there is a large supermarket and food stores etc. The room was clean, spacious with a balcony, air conditioned, renovated, a large and comfortable double bed, TV and WIFI, and a refrigerator. The shower and toilet were renovated, there was hot water, shampoo and soap were provided and clean towels were provided. Breakfast is not a buffet, but there is a menu from which you can choose one dish, from a selection of types of dishes and styles, and they prepare it especially for the guest, according to the choice chosen by the guest. One of the dishes for example was an omelette, which was delicious, fresh and served with tomato + bread and jam and in addition they prepared two espresso coffees + mineral water + a bottle of juice. The breakfast was delicious and excellent. The hotel staff was welcoming, with a high service attitude, and it is obvious that it is important to them that the guest is satisfied. Bottom line - very good hotel, excellent hospitality experience
