Clean, modern and for eight days and nights the staff were amazing I lost my wallet one night with one of the plastic reusable key card’s inside. They replaced it BUT as I checked out they charged me 200 Baht for it If it was a real key I would understand but that charge for a plastic card upset me

Breakfast was awesome, rich choice of a lot of tasty food, room is clean. In-room food service was really good. Overall nice and beautiful hotel with helpful personal. The guard always held the door for us. When we forgot our card in the room, the lady at the reception immediately helped us.
