Positives: this is a cheap option, room has AC, TV, hot water and the hotel's swimming pool is a good size and gets the sun most of the day. It's in a great location in the heart of the Soi Bukhao action. Negatives: the hotel is not swish, and is largely in need of a refurb, modernisation, and a lick of paint inside and out. But, you get what you pay for.

All of the staff I came across were really lovely and helpful. They were always there to greet you with a smile and a welcome. The room is great with everything you need in it. It's in a busy location but it was quiet on the higher floors enabling a great night's sleep in a comfy bed. I have extended my stay here due to the comfort. I would mort certainly stay here again if I return to Pataya. It's good value for money. : )
