Hospitable and helpful hotel stuff. Beds and all the stuff in rooms are clean. Nice location for me, close to terminal 21, central marina and north pattaya beaches. Also close to main roads to walking street. Also, nearby the hotel, there is a nice small restaurant. Has the car park with available places. Good and attentive security, always awake and ready to open the door for you.

The rooms were nice and big. Lovely and clean. The beds were huge. Air con worked great. Staff were amazing. Bottles of water given daily. Pool area very nice

Staff exceptional polite and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. Used the swimming pool and facilities in the opposite hotel.

Sabai Inn is a very charming and quiet hotel, situated among many other hotels. The attention to cleanliness and the very nice approach to guests is evident.

When I arrived I was disappointed. The room without a window to outside, old air conditioner very loud and cold without the possibility to switch off or adjust it. I went down explaining that for me the kind of room wasn’t an acceptable option, and the front desk girl she immediately found another room with window and new model of airco. I could leave a 10 for this help.
