This is a great central place for reaching the beach and Marina place, Soi 6 and all others, clean and nice pool and good gym, the reception was very helpful and good in English, one person help me due to loss of my wallet in Bangkok and they manage to get it posted to Nova hotel and big thanks to Fourth, she did all of this

Great hotel, the right colour scheme for relaxed feel. ALL the staff are great, never a long face, and can't do enough for you. I liked the shady pool, with the rock fall feature, and it's big enough. It was a hot month, here and there, so I welcomed the 90% pool shade. The gym is also well good enough. The entire place has a nice feel.

Excellent hotel : the location, the staff and the services. At the reception, the members of staff are very attentive, helpful, highly professional and always smiling. The same to be said about the room service. I recommend this hotel without any hesitation. I sincerely appreciated my stay here and will certainly come back another time.

Stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years. Everything was fine as usual. Handy underground car park for the motorbike e.g. To be reached straight down the elevator. Super brekkie 100m next door in Nova Suites. Plus the best place for coffee at Coffee First next door.

The manager, reception staff and housekeeping were amazing. I booked for just over 3 weeks and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean and beds are stripped every other day. Towel changed every day. The hotel is in a really central location and whilst there are no facilities it does not matter! There's some place to eat around every corner 24 hours a day! I would stay here again.

Lovely rooms and staff are really nice. Asked the lady at reception for recommendations of places to visit where she suggested nong noon beach and the sanctuary of truth, both not too far away by car. Pattaya beach is close and lots of places to eat and markets, all within a 10-20 minute walk. The rooms are big, we had a room booked for 3 adults and got 2 double beds. Everywhere is tidy. We originally booked for 3 nights and ended up extending our booking.
