The staff were amazing and very very helpful, the cleaners were very good and very polite, the reception staff were also very polite and helpfull, the bell boys were just amazing could not do enough to help, and we're always friendly and polite

Location was great, near Terminal 22 shopping mall and close to the airplane night food bazaar. Staff were amazing, warm hospitality, friendly and welcoming. Room was quiet and clean.

In a good location. The service from staff was very good. The shower was powerful so you could have a good shower. The pool area was great. Also downstairs you can play pool 🎱.

Location is near perfection for the beach and wedged between three shopping centres near by. Plenty of shops, local cleaning across the road (costs a little more but high standard and care). Cost is fair if you find it for cheap. On their own website it's well over priced. Breakfast options changed daily but the majority was the same. I enjoyed it overall. Staff are friendly, welcoming and caring. Assisted us with any issues we had. Also daily room cleaning.

Lovely staff very helpful clean and tidy but very old and tired ...great location Had a problem with the AC first night but they moved me very helpful... Needed an extra night and they sorted it out .... Nice place just a bit tired

7/11 is just around the corner, few minutes walk from the beach, alot of massage centres on the way, overall very spacious.
