The fine print
The Bay Tower renovation is scheduled to kick off on 1 Nov 2023. The lobby and Flow Café at the Bay Tower will temporarily close starting from 7 Jan 2024. While these areas are undergoing renovation, please rest assured that our check-in and reception services will remain fully operational and available to serve you during your stay in the Bay Tower. The Executive Tower is separate from the Bay Tower; all facilities will remain fully operational without any disturbance caused by the renovation.
The Kids Club and Swimming Pool at Bay Tower are temporarily closed from 23 July 2024.The Fitness Centre at Bay Tower will be temporarily closed from 8 September 2024 onwards.The following facilities at Executive Tower are available for your use.Kids Club & Children’s Activities: Relocated to Level 6 of the Executive Tower.Swimming Pool: Available on Level 6 of the Executive Tower for your relaxation.Fitness Centre: Remains operational on Level 7 of the Executive Tower.

Great and gentle staff. Much kindness. Wonderful place to enjoy a vacation. Versatile breakfast and again, staff very kind. I must say this experience at a Holiday Inn is a great surprise to me. It has exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Rooms were nice and clean. The resort has two separate towers which are not directly attached however if you are travelling with others but book separately, if you want to stay in the same tower, you should request it. In my opinion the views are better in the front tower which is closer to the ocean and. The breakfast is also better here, but even if you end up in the rear tower you can still have breakfast at the in front tower anyway. The rear tower has a more relaxed pool area and bar along with and nice rooftop bar. Also has a 7/11 in the foyer which is handy.

We were in the exec club, too far from the kitchen, food was cold by the time it arrived. The club staff are delightful.

Buffet breakfast was an excellent selection to suit everyone's tastes. Happy Hour 5 - 7pm was great value, staff were very polite & friendly. Rooms were very comfortable & I requested a room with a sea view, which they were able to offer me.

Location and proximity to the beach is definitely the most lucrative aspect of the property .View of the Pattaya beach from the room is excellent.Rooms are big in size and the room given to us had two bathrooms as well. Newly constructed kids club looked exciting but kids couldn't enjoy as we were short of time.Same with the spa,looked good wanted to visit but couldn't go due to lack of time.

The hotel is in an excellent location and has excellent staff. I was in the Executive Tower, and Teddy the Concierge was incredibly helpful, spoke good English and was excellent at his job. Reception staff were always friendly, spoke good English, were helpful and although we arrived early, they went out of their way to accommodate us as quickly as possible - Kay on reception was particularly helpful. In addition, the facilities were excellent both in the room and in the hotel: excellent air conditioning, clean, comfortable and spacious. The sea view was good due to the angle of the building and although our room was towards the back of the hotel from the beach, we could still watch the sun set over the sea from our balcony.
