XCESS RESIDENCE is my go-to place in Pattaya. It feels like home and Chris and Jib treat you like family when you are there. They even went the extra mile and helped me with some paperwork while I was there. Xcess is a small place, perfect if you want privacy and avoid this usual hotel rumble. Their internet is top-notch, fast and with no issues. You log in and don't have to sign up anywhere to use it like you have in many hotels.

Spacious large room. TCL 40 inch Android TV, Electric kettle, Safety box, Mid size refrigerator, Kitchen pantry, tea and coffee. The area of South Pattaya at this hotel location is very walkable. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and good breakfast restaurants in the morning.

Nice modern rooms. Loved that a bathrobe was provided. Don’t let the outside fool you! The rooms were very modern. Smart tv, hairdryer provided. Good water pressure with hot water. Comfortable beds & lovely staff:)

I received a warm welcome from Cristian, Jibi and Marco. Very nice and helpful people. The check-in was very swift, and so was the check-out. Xcess Residence is situated a one minute walk from Thappraya Road, so it is very easy to catch a Baht bus/songthaew. 7-Eleven and good restaurants are nearby. The room is clean, spacious and very nice. And so is the bathroom. Smart TV, cooker, toaster, fridge, safe etc. There is a small balcony as well.
