It's in a quiet location could do with a refurbishment good for the price only stay for a sleep over 15 minutes to ferry for koh larn happy with hotel good staff

The staff where so friendly and helpful and location was quite but could get taxi to any location in Pattaya within 10 minutes for 60 to 100 baht

A bit further out of central Pattaya about a 20 minute walk, plenty of food places if you walk 10 minutes with some amazing Thai restaurants.. Staff are really nice and polite very friendly always cleaning around the place, free tea coffee and water 24hrs was definitely value for money

- Near the main road in the city but simultaneously tucked away on a small quiet road - polite staff (as is customary in Thailand)
