Good location right in the heart of Pattaya and yet not too noisy considering in the main bedroom of our 2 room setup (room 33)

Location is superb, Staff is excellent and kind to guests, excellent air conditioning, close to all main attractions including Pattaya Beach and walking streets, alot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended to stay.

Great staff. You are in the middle of party town .I had the top floor and as long as you can handle stairs it's great. On the,roof own spa and rooftop .lovely view

This is not a hotel. This is small restaurant having few rooms. Room is small. There is no lift. There is no 24/7 staff. Only reception staff available till 5 pm. You have to open the restaurant with your room key after 5 pm when you come. There is no room service facility or phone extension in the room. Visitor do it by their own. Only cleaning service is available till 5 pm. Morning receptionist lady Ms. Vini is good and cooperative and cleaning staff is also cooperative. There is too much noise in the room coming from the outside night go go club. They provide only 2 small bottles for water. There is no water cooler. You should purchase water from the market. I did not get sleep whole noight due to outside noise coming in my room. This hotel is better for a temporary stay and for a solo traveller.

Great place for the price. Have stayed here before and am always greeted with a big friendly smile. Cleaners are always on the ball and will leave water at the door if you have your don't disturb sign out. Be prepared to be soothed by the drum beat of the surrounding clubs until the wee hours. It's there to remind you that you are in the thick of it.

The location is right in the heart of Walking Street, and out of the front door is arguably the best gogo bar in the area. The burger I had at my accommodation was fantastic. The private rooftop outdoor spar and the area uptop is really good with a view.
